You are listening through Bluetooth. Turning the microphone on can cut the sound to Bluetooth hearing aids and headphones, so you may stop hearing the questions partway through. Before you begin, change your microphone to the one built into your computer or phone. Your hearing aids will keep playing normally. You can also switch to the speaker built into your device.

On Windows

  2. Choose Sound settings.
  3. Under Input, choose the microphone built into your computer, not your hearing aids or headphones.
