Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2026

This policy applies to consumer health data about residents of Washington and Nevada, and to anyone whose consumer health data is collected in Washington. It adds to our Privacy Policy.

Who we are

Intraneuron, LLC, San Diego, California. privacy@intraneuron.com.

The consumer health data we collect

  • Your exam results: your scores, what you recalled, and how they compare with people like you.
  • Voice recordings of your answers during the exam.
  • The background details you give us to compare your results with the right group: date of birth, sex, education and primary language, and, if you choose to give it, your race or ethnicity.
  • The fact that you bought or took a memory exam.
  • Device and audio information collected during the exam, such as microphone problems.

Where it comes from

From you, when you set up and take the exam, and from your device while you take it.

Why we collect and use it

  • To give you the exam and your result, which is the service you asked for.
  • Only with your separate agreement: to use your recordings to improve the accuracy of our speech recognition.

We do not use consumer health data for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share consumer health data only with service providers that process it for us under contract, and only to provide the service: speech technology providers, cloud hosting and storage providers, translation providers and email delivery providers. We have no affiliates that receive it.

We do not sell consumer health data. We do not share it with advertising platforms or data brokers, except when you direct us to or when the law requires it.

  • Get a list of every third party and affiliate with which we have shared it, and how to contact them.
